Shipping policy
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Orders are dispatched within three business days of purchase.
Delivery time within Poland is usually 2 to 3 business days, while international deliveries may take up to two weeks.
Each customer receives a tracking number that allows them to monitor the shipment via courier apps or websites.
In case of a lost parcel, we recommend contacting the courier company (InPost or DPD) directly to resolve the issue.
POLAND
Orders within Poland are shipped via InPost to the parcel locker selected by the customer.
The delivery cost is 16 PLN for orders between 0 PLN and 249.99 PLN.
For orders above this amount, shipping is free.
EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping to EU countries (excluding Poland) is handled by DPD and delivered directly to the customer's home address.
Shipping costs are as follows:
9€ to Hungary, Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Slovakia
11€ to Austria, Netherlands, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, and Slovenia
13€ to Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Germany
24€ to Sweden, Finland, and Greece
